I thought I’d quickly update you to let you know that I still have some of my A4 art prints left and if you’re UK-based you can buy them in time to get to you before the end of week, so in time for Christmas! I will be sending these out daily until Thursday 5pm to ensure that they get to you.
As I process each order, the number of prints left will go down so you’ll know which ones are available. The print illustrations and names are below.

Comica Comiket @ Bishopsgate Institute, Liverpool St (11am – 6pm)
I will be selling my small-press snacks, art prints and postcards at this year’s long awaited Comica event at the Bishopsgate Institute. I’ll be sharing a table with Van Nim from Capes & Drapes and will be happy to chat to anyone with any queries about my work and view your portfolio for advice if you’re a budding artist. It’s quite a relaxed event so do pop by to say hello!
Bishopsgate Institute is right by Spitalfields market so it’s the perfect place to browse around for early holiday shopping and view original artworks.

Parallel Animals @ Cargo, Old Street (7pm-late)
In the evening, Parallel Animals will be playing live at the Cargo club, supporting Lux Lisbon. My bf is the lead singer so I’ll be there to show my support! Again, it’s a pretty relaxed event (until it turns into a club after midnight!), the band will be there quite early and are happy to chat and talk music over a bier or two.

I recently illustrated stylists Ellen Lobler and Sara Delaney for their site’s “What to Wear” decks – for their Notes from a Stylist blog, here.
These were fun illustrations to produce as I already worked with the duo on their site banner and cards earlier in the year. The tricky part was to make sure that I depicted them in their lingerie, in a tasteful way, not revealing too much, but keeping it luxe.

London Fashion Week has long been and gone (actually we’re practically at the end of the SS12 fashion week now…), but before it said goodbye, it hosted London Fashion Week-end, to celebrate all things shopping related!
Working with ShopStyle for this who were one of the main sponsors of London Fashion Weekend I created a set of illustrations capturing the fall look and feel:
It was a great pleasure to work with ShopStyle again, I really enjoyed this project and wished that I was in the country at the time to visit their stand and see my artwork live in a happy retail environment!

I was super-excited when Berlin Fashion Week started a few weeks ago (not because Berlin is one of my all time favourite cities) but because my illustrations for ShopStyle.de were about to make their début in the form of their fashion schedule, iphone covers and tote bags!!

Before I start with the pre-fall favourites (yeah I know it’s still summer ok! ok! =_=”) I just want to share with you how much I am in love with these Maison Martin Margiela arm cuffs and Reed Krakoff heels for an evening look! So in celebration of the Grecian goddess, here’s my summer sketch of the day:
One day I’ll be able to afford these on a whim but for now, I shall just draw them to my hearts content! And where did I find these beauties? Net-a-porter of course!

Have I told you how much I looooove the maxi skirt at the moment? If not, well, this is my little summer sketch in celebration of swish swish and shimmy shimmy.

I know that there are some beautiful renditions of the skirt out there at the moment, but thanks to ASOS, we can maxi all day and night (at a reasonable price!). Here are a few of my favourite maxi skirts from them at the moment:

I’ve just booked a 10 day holiday to the coastal islands of Croatia and even though we have a short time of sun here, I just can’t stop thinking about being able to swim in the sea and lounge around on the beach. Yep, I’m in holiday mode – even though I won’t be holidaying until September!
So to get me into the summer-time mood I did a little bikini-inspired sketch. My only disclaimer to this is that a) I don’t look like this and b) I wish I looked as good as this but c) it’s definitely an illo that makes me want to go away on holiday now!!
